We make every effort to make sure that the plants arrive in excellent condition. If you are dissatisfied, please notify me within three days of receipt and give me an opportunity to make it right. You may return the plant for replacement or a refund of your money. On returns, the customer is responsible for safe shipping and shipping fees. Refunds will be made after the plant(s) are safely returned. Our liability, in all instances, is limited to the purchase price of the plants we sell.

We carefully pack each item to ensure safe arrival. Orders are normally shipped on Saturdays, Mondays and Tuesdays following payment using USPS Priority mail.
